Ideas to use up fili pastry

I tend to buy ready made pastry if I see it on yellow sticker for pennies .It goes in the freezer .I have 3 large packs of FILO and need some ideas of what to do with it!

if you have mincemeat or jam you can make some posh jam tarts/parcels. Brush with a bit of milk or beaten egg to seal and then when cooled sprinkle with icing sugar.
