Car buying scam

Beware of gbcarbuyers.com now changed to gbautobuyers.com, these sites are a scam. They contact you asking for you to pay £50 by ukash voucher (which is meant to be returnable) to arrange an appointment to buy your car at a very tempting price, then they simply don't turn up. Your £50 is swallowed up and thats it. There is no address on this site and the phone number is an 0870 that doesn't connect. no company information either.
I have researched these car buying sites and found there are some genuine ones. I did actually sell my car to one. I made sure they were a proper registered company in the uk. They had their reg number at the bottom of their site, their address was also there for everybody to see. I found it better to deal with them over the phone. I ended up getting a fair price.
