Turnberry on West Coast if you have loads of money.
Westerwood nr Cumbernauld, for a more cost conscious option0 -
Another vote for the Westerwood. If you are going with the girls it is fab as there isn't much to do in cumbernauld so the stay is spent pampering, drinking and eating. If you are going with a sports lover, there is a golf course there too. It is also very cheap but doesn't feel cheap.

If you are looking for shopping opportunities too the Yu Spa at the Apex in Dundee is nice. It isn't a spa as much as a hotel with a spa attached. http://yuspa.apexhotels.co.uk/If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -
Stobo castle in Peebles (Borders Region) is fantastic. They were doing a summer offer for £99pp for one night which includes dinner, bed and breakfast plus lunch the next day. No treatments are included but you get use of all the facilities, pool, saunas etc. Lovely surroundings. Went a couple of weeks ago on a girlie break. Had a great time. Check out their website google "stobo castle".0

While it's not really my scene, so I can't recommend any of them, I thought I'd put in a word for a few of my local spas:
