Can I re-send invoice?

An item I posted to Russia on 20th April has only just turned up. In the meantime I have refunded the buyer.
She is asking for me to send the invoice to her again but I can't do it - is it because the transaction is too old?
Is there any way to do it?

Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Via paypal is probably the best way. Select ebay purchase and put the item details in (if it will let you).0
