I find a holiday I like on Teletext so who do I phone exactly to haggle down the price?

Print off the evidence, take it to your TA & ask them to beat it.

Your not going to be able to haggle the prices on Teletext down, they are the absolute basic price with no transfers/baggage etc. Sometimes they are based on 4 people sharing and there are room supplements to add to that. Sometimes the teletext price doesn't even exist once you ring them.
