firstchoice best place to book?i

Hi all after booking a holiday to lanzerote with first choice (exclusive hotel)
But before I book was wondering if anyone knew if on phone or instore could be cheaper then online? Ie do they have discounts /commission ?

i always print off online price with thomson or first choice then take it to the local travel agents, they have always price matched

I've tried haggling with First Choice instore in an attempt to get them to better their online price (store prices are more expensive). Best offer I got was to price match the online price.

I said there was no point in that as I can already get that price and stated I would prefer to spend the money locally and help out a local branch but they didn't budge.

I then phoned them when I got home informing them I had booked with them before to this particular hotel but it was just slightly out of budget (around £2180) and asked them to knock the £80 off which they obliged to do. I did offer to pay in full as well though.
