Thanks rossireps, i can second that about national debtline dont know how they understand me when im blubering while trying to answer their questions. i have now got an appointment at cab on tues at 10, still think the way i should go is bankruptcy but the advisor i spoke to said i shouldnt. so fed up of feeling crap and dreading the postman, i really just need to know how difficult is life after bankrupcy cos it aint a walk in the park now. i have a car loan i thought was finance but was told its not as its a fixed sum loan, the car is registered to my daughter but loan in my name, dont want her to lose the car because of my stupidity, gosh its so confusing k
