Run a quick scan with malwarebytes again - Does it detect anything?.

I have a message saying installer intergity has failed. SO I'm going to delete combofix, download and start again. I'llpost once this is done

Still not sure if this is working properly. I've downloaded again and rerun - it has gone through all the different stages, and now says its deleting files. It lists 4 files below this, and now it appears to be stuck. Its not changed for the last 15 mins and I have lost my desktop completely (I know it says this will happen, but as nothing has now happened for a while I'm a little concerned!)
