1) The competition will run from 29th June 2012
2) Closing date for entries is 12pm (GMT) on 9th July 2012
3) Entry to the competition is free.
4) The competition is open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of Just-Eat or CyberCandy, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition.
5) Winners will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize, as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6) 5 x winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries on 9th July 2012 from all entries received prior to the close of the competition. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days from the draw date. The winner has 10 working days to confirm acceptance of their prize, otherwise Just-Eat reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7) The prize draw is: 5 x CyberCandy sweet ‘hamper’ (value of £60 each). There are no cash alternatives to the prize.
8) Completion and submission of an online competition entry form will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11) Just Eat reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any offer at any time without prior written notice.
