There is a lot of stuff out there, but I find that I don't have time to look for it, and go through a lot of info to find what I need.
I've now found some useful sources with email updates, so the info actually comes to me! I like the fact that I get an email, it takes me 5 seconds to scan through and just click on a link if I find something useful otherwise I delete it.
1) Video tutorials from a Rumanian guy. Very basic tutorials on google analytics, for beginners, with lessons on setting up custom reports, segmentation etc.
I meant to learn about segmentation since last year, never got round doing it, but now I have my reports all set up.
Useful if you are a beginner who likes to learn through videos, rather than go through google help sections.
Youtube is full of videos on all sorts of topics, but I choose this one because it's a series of emails that you receive in sequence, covering the topics I was looking for.

2) http://econsultancy.com/uk/join?ct=t%28homepagetab%29
Econsultancy daily newsletter: useful bits and bobs, like mobile search, customer care, facebook/pinterest/twitter marketing.
Good way of keeping updates on what happens out there.
A feature I like very much is website analysis/comparison, like these:

http://econsultancy.com/uk/blog/7835-house-of-fraser-site-review
3) GetElastic blog
http://www.getelastic.com/
another newsletter, very similar to no.2. Topics like how to embed a video in marketing emails, use of social login on ecommerce sites, tips on how to recover abandoned carts.
4) daily exchange updates:
http://www.torfx.com/content/market-updates.htm
Useful if you buy/sell in foreign currencies. You can choose your currency and will get daily updates. just reading the subject line gives me an idea of current trends.
Does anyone else have free ecommerce resources that they would like to share?
