Royal Mail - special delivery - Olympic time

Just had several letters (I always got lots of duplicates ) from Royal Mail telling me that their terms and conditions for Special delivery are changing for the period of the Olympics and there will not be a guaranteed next day before 1pm delivery in certain parts of London.
I know we have discussed this before and I'll put up a link at the moment, but worth remembering for any auctions going up in the next few weeks where special delivery is being used.
Also remember many couriers are charging a premium for a number of London areas.
