Today I received a TNS survey about cat food. It was worth 1500 TNS points which will be converted to nectar points in a week or so, so that's £7.50 off my next shopping in sainsbury's!

Today's been good:
I re-negotiated my broadband/tv/phone package with Virgin Media (formerly blueyonder/telewest) and got a £10.50 reduction (down to £30 from £40.50), plus an additional £5 saving by setting up a direct debit (something I just never got around to previously). Total: £15.50 per month saving.
Am giving up the fags (finally!) and saw the the Nicotine lozenges are on offer at Boots - 2nd pack is half price, so I got a supply in and also got bonus Advantage points (580 of them which is £5.80), which is a further saving.
Just waiting for my £50 bonus back from the Post Office - got MUCH cheaper car insurance with them and saved myself around £9.00 a month.
Could kick myself for not shopping around before now - but now I'm on a mission to get my monthly outgoings down even further!

Evening all.
Today's little steps were:
* C & S online
* Booked a hotel room through QuidCo and earned nearly £7 back
* Got a lift home from work (but had to get bus in)
* Have done the economy/reduced powder wash with soda crystals thing
* Sent mortgage application back with all necessary ID bits & bobs
* Posted an EBAY parcel
* Put a few spare coins in the pot (to be paid into bank via the 'incoming fruit machine' as I like to call it at my local HSBC)
* Took HM lunch to work
* Got a new work skirt from charity shop for £2.99 and it's PERFECT. I really don't think it's been worn.
* Told a friend I won't be hiring a ball gown type thing for his wedding but I'll come along as smart as possible obviously...he was understanding so phew no money needed for that.
* Got just over £5 paid in to bank account from Ciao.
* And the best thing of the day....picked up a penny off the street! :rotfl:Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly

Sent my main creditor an offer for a settlement. They won't take it, but at least it'll stand in my favour if I ever get to the CCJ stage:) .
Didn't spend anything today... again:)
Sent an e-mail to McCrappy Hall that I would not speak to them on my parents phone, asking them not to ring it, and advising them that I would corrispond in writing in future.
