Form TA6 question

Hi

Could you resolve a query? Question 1.3 asks

"During the seller's ownership, has any land previously forming part of the property been sold or has any adjacent property been purchased?"

Since this is in the "Boundaries" section, I took this (poorly worded) question to mean whether or not we'd purchased any neighbours' land or any neighbours had purchased any of our land. The answer to this is "no".

My wife thinks the second half of the question is asking whether our neighbours have changed since we have lived here (one neighbour moved in after us). Taken literally, it does ask that but in the context of the section, isn't my interpretation the correct one?

Has any adjacent property been purchased....by you. That is what I have always taken it to mean, ie have your boundaries changed at all.
