No. I'm not on his aaccount and hold a seperate account with barclays.

Hi just a quick update with a question please!

Received an offer last Monday for the very first loan so all was fine, sent the forms accepting the 5 offers as detailed above with a covering letter saying we do not wish the ppi offer they made on the current live loan (no ppi was taken out on this! but an offer was made) to be paid into the loan account/offset and to be paid directly to hubby.

Over the weekend pleased to see within 4 working days the money start appearing in his account, till last night we see £750 adjustment on his loan account despite requesting hubby gets this money.

What steps do we take next, calling isn't an option as he works full time and his confidence on the phone isn't to great, but writing to natwest seems to take forever to get a reply.

Many thanks for any advice you can give.
