isa payment on line

I had a DD set up to pay monthly into my isa
I had to cancel this, but then wanted to put into the isa before April and top up to full allowance
I checked and it seems to be in the isa but not left my bank, after 6 days
Could it be because I cancelled the DD i had with the isa, though it says received in their site, and i assume because they had already had my DD details they just reuse it
Or is it just matter of time before it leaves the bank acc
thanks

I would check with your ISA provider.
In the bank I work for we only take Direct debit payments on the 6th of every month so everyone wanting to open one from now on or top one up has to do it manually.0
