Is there any way to stop another user who I have dealt with in the past from contacting me?

You can add them to your blocked list, make sure this includes messages and bidding. Search on eBay if you are unsure how to do it.I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

The option to block messages unfortunately only gives you to the option to block all messages from anyone on your block list, but it could mean that a potential buyer who doesn't meet your requirements could also be unable to contact you.
