I am writing again because issues with Tesco bank are not being resolved. Beware as the online banking website is very poor and continues to produce errors.
It has messed up my minimum payment and instead of £30, suddenly changed to £115, then a few weeks later went up to £230.
They can't seem to fix it and I have now been charged after weeks of complaining.

Without facts and figures it is impossible to offer constructive advice.
How much is owed etc did you miss any payments etc.
Complain in writing and think about applying for a different card.0
