Post IVA credit clean up question

Hi all,
I finished my IVA in December 2011, and since then have been on the long and arduous journey of cleaning up my credit file.
I have sorted all but 2 accounts, both with NatWest. The default date was 7 months after the commencement of the IVA, and so the defaults will show after everything else drops off in December. I have written lettets to various people/departments within NatWest, which have all been ignored, and I cannot get any sense out of customer services on phone or in branch, because I do not have an active account with them.:wall:
Im at my wits end now. The letter I sent last month said I was going to financial ombudsman, which Im looking to prepare for now.
My question(s) are, does anyone have any experience to be able to tell me what sort of information I will need to compile to put my complaint forward, and roughly how long will it/could it take? Ideally would like to have this done and dusted before December when my 6yrs is up.
Many thanks in advance,
