Getting contract out in someone else's address

Hi there,
I hope that someone can help me. I had a housemate about 4 months ago and in the end I kicked this individual out for stealing money from me on quite a few occasions.
Today I get a letter through from TMobile in his name and was quite suspicious, so I opened it. It was from TMobile saying talking about his new contract phone that has been registered here. He had taken the contract out this month after not living here for four months.
I don't know what to do as I know he has a history of getting out mobile contracts and not paying them so I am worried that I will have problems with debt being registered at my house.
What can I do about this and can this individual get in trouble from the police for doing this because I think this is fraud. Thanks so much in advance for your help.

Return the letter marked 'not at this address' and leave it there.
Or you could furnish them with his new address if you have it.
You wont be blacklisted or anything because the debt is not in your name so I wouldnt worry about it.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
As McKneff said long as its not in your name you will be OK
