Hello,
Does anyone have whole life assurance? Is it lots more money, and is it worth it? or is it too risky? I can't seem to find very much about it.
Thank you.
Vanessa

Yes they do. However, it is now a minority product compared with term assurance. Is it lots more money
More then a term assurance.is it worth it?
If you have a whole of life need then yes.or is it too risky?
Not sure what risk has to do with it. You are going die at some point. You just dont know when.I can't seem to find very much about it.
It falls under investment class regulation and not general insurance. So, most internet sites wont carry a whole of life assurance as they are not authorised to do so (many of these sites are only authorised on general insurance and not investment class as that carries increased costs).
There are some very good whole of life assurance plans out there today and these can be a lot better value than those that existed 10-20 years ago. However, you would need to have a whole of life need to consider a whole of life assurance otherwise you are just wasting money.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
