I need this great android app for iphone ?

I have a great android app on my HTC called Onavo Count, it's a simple, unbloated app that records my mobile data usage, warns me when I get close to my monthly data limit, and disables my mobile data as soon as I exceed my limit. It doesn't reqiuire any special permissions like my location data etc.

I now need this or something very much like it for iphone, Onavo Count is only available for android. So far I've found a couple of iphone apps, Data Monitor, which is simple but doesn't have alarm capability, and another that insists it requires access to my location.

Anyone out there with an iphone with an app that works like Onavo Count?
