And also don't sent a copy of Tribnal to jobcentre yourself. Just wait until u get a letter from DWP. If you placed in WRAG and you should always APPEAL to put in support group.

Yeah it very sad to see her death. I am so angry and blaming the last Labour government for this ESA mess up in 2008. It was Gordon Brown who started all this ESA / ATOS idea! And then David Cameron just carry on with it making it 10 times worse for biggest cut ever! Whoever win the next election make no difference as both David Cameron and Ed Millband will stick with ESA / ATOS to continue until all the disability/disabled to DIE!!!! They don't want YOU anymore!

iam really am very sad to hear about your friend...this is very stressful and we have no imput or help to deal with it so i can imagine that somepeople find it very hard to deal with the situation..iam supposed to be having another call back tomorrow mornin but nit counting on it x

well had a phone call and the decision makers have finally approved my trinubal and passed it on to the payments section...dont know how long tha takes ut getting closer

i just had a phone call and will receive my back pay thursday..it will clear in my bank so my nighmare is finally over ..good luck to everyone else

You should write to your MP and the newspapers about how the DWP ignored a tribunal win into Support Group - if that is what happened.

That's good to hear it. Make sure u work out from Week 13 to the trinubal hearing date that you won and work out support group of how much dwp owe u. They normal underpaying unless u check it out.

Did they tell you how long on support group for ? Some peoples getting 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 or 36 months on the SG.

It will be totally waste of time! MP aren't bother or not listen.
