I cannot get infinity (or whatever it is) at the moment.
I live in a built up area in a new build and moved in around a year ago. All the streets surrounding us CAN get infinity but not this street, its almost as if we have been forgotten about. Every 3 months, the expected roll out date is pushed back again and has been since we moved in last year.
My average 0.5mb speed is driving me potty but BT cannot help increase that and simply forwarded me to Open Reach whose phone menu just throws me back to BT.
The Open Reach map of Infinity roll out shows all the lovely green areas around our small roads that have the upgrade already but ours and the road next to us (also new build, very small new estate) is marked as not on their planned upgrade list.
Who the heck can I contact about this, that will understand and can actually do something? I cannot even watch a You tube clip with these speeds....

Your MP? Or you could move?
Sadly, unless you are willing to pay for the work, the roll out will take as long as it takes.0 -
The fibre date for my cabinet has gone back twice in 6 months-each time by 3 months. Other local streets were connected months ago, so the process does seem to be extremely random. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

It's just poor fortune im afraid! Generally, Infinity arrives first where the speed is already fairly good. (6-8mb i've noticed)
Just sit tight and thank your lucky stars you're not sat on 1mb.0 -
