    In which case Mr Foolishly Stubborn is going to have a number of substantial costs against his share once sold, isn't he? The longer he chooses to fight the inevitable, the less he's going to realise.

    Perhaps you should make it crystal-clear that now you and other brother are in agreement there's nothing on God's earth that could stop the sale. It's purely a matter of how long and at what cost now.

    Good. Things sounds promising. I had kept receipts for such likes as weedkiller bought to keep the garden/drive tidy. Just in case these could be partially reclaimed at some point. All these things add up. Thanks
