hi, i have an issue with a company taking a charge from my card every month even though i have cancelled my subscription to them. they are a foreign company. i have spoken to the bank on countless occasions and they have refunded me the money on each occasion, but this takes time every month to go through the process of getting through and all that. i was wondering if there is a way of stopping the payments going out every month? i have asked them if closing my account would work they said i would not be charged the money but it would always stay against my name is that true? any help would be appreciated.
thanks in advance.

Have you told your card company that this company is frequently putting through unauthorised transactions?0

NOT that I am suggesting that you are using a !!!!!! site of course.......:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
No. Your only way to get out of this is to claim ongoing unauthorised transactions and seek cancellation and reissue of your card. With a CC, it is the merchant who controls the debiting process and only a replacement card will prevent further debits. (You require a new card number, not a reissue of the same card number)0

Ask to speak to a supervisor or something, despite popular belief and what these companies would like you to believe. They can stop reoccurring subscriptions.0
