Hi all
First post here and before i get started i just want to say a massive thank you, i have been viewing the forum for some months now and some of the things i have read on here have been invaluable, i also hope that if my claim is succesful then i can chip in and help people where needed!
Ok, so my actual post is about my claim with Barclaycard, it is currently at the state where they have said they will give me a decision by July 10th , i have done the questionaire etc.
Where im getting confused is in regard to how much i am due back, i have been paying roughly £20 per month since June 04, i cancelled the pollicy in the middle of May this year when i discovered it.
Can anyone help because there is compound interest/compensation and allsorts of things to take into consideration that frankly, are a bit confusing....
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank in advance
Jimbob

£20 a month? Is that every month for the past 8 years?
If so, it comes to about £2k plus interest.
But I'm just wondering why you've had such a high outstanding balance on your barclaycard for so long?
I would urge you to have a chat with your bank if you need such long term borrowing. It's not cheap borrowing on a credit card.0
