Cheapest alcohol wipes?

I use a lot of alcohol wipes and the cheapest I can find them is 70p for ten in the big supermarkets, has anyone found them cheaper or got them prescribed as my disarict nurse prescribes saline and dry wipes instead and I am not seeing my GP for three weeks as they are on holiday.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hi.
It depends what you need them for.If you want to clean a small item such as scissors it may be worth looking at lense cleaning wipes.Lidl often have them and I think they are alcohol based.Another alternative may be to buy a cleaning spray in a bottle and use a sheet of clean kitchen roll each time.
These would not do for anything like wound cleaning but then if it is for wound cleansing ordinary alcohol wipes would not be a good idea either unless your district nurse has more up to date ideas than me.0 -

No personal recommendation but that's the cheapest I could find, not sure what it will work out to when the post and packaging is added.0 -
If you mean trhe non-medical - maybe if you know anyone with a C&C card the PH balanced simply brand which are Dermo complaint but not alcohol based and are about £7 a box or 60p per pack of 56 when bought by the box size of 12. I use Makro - expensive compared to other C&C, but hey less than 2 mins away !Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. Thanks for the replies, Gen you have to commit to buy those wipes before you find out how much postage is, I will ask the seller how much it will be.
I need the wipes to clean my stoma and the catheter pipe as it go's in and out of my stomach with about 2" that moves in and out of my body so it gets blood/mucus stuck to it.
The district nurse insists that saline and dry wipes are the best but I find alcohol wipes much better.0
