Can't log in to ebay

Anyone else been kicked out of their account?
personal account is fine to get in to, but business account won't let me in.
Tried customer support online - "making a few updates" so can't access that.
Now off to work, so can't ring them. Would an update not let you log in?

It's the usual Friday morning maintenance, has happened for years.
