I decided to walk away from this one as the vendors were dragging their feet. Their agent was threatening to take it off the market and called them time wasters. So im looking again .0

That might be good advice on an American forum.Try looking at Redfin or Zillow if you are looking for a good listing / MLS to look at.
On this forum we get complaints that sellers are not pricing realistically, and that there is nothing nice within a certain price range. Do you think the two subjects might be related?
Plus you've missed the Spring rush; the nicer recently marketed homes will soon be owned by new buyers.Been away for a while.0
