Beko broken twice

To cut a long story short........In Oct 2009 I purchased a Beko washing machine from Tesco, in Dec 2010 the washing machine broke (it needed a new motor). Eventually Tesco covered the cost of repair (around £150) as the machine was considered NFFP under SOGA as it was only 14 months old. Today the machine has broken AGAIN!! The machine is only 2yrs 8months old. I have emailed Tesco tonight informing them of the latest development. Tomorrow I will ring an engineer to see if they can diagnose the problem. Has anyone else been in my situation? Do u know what I should expect from Tesco?? I would just like to go into this armed with all the info on my rights!!
Thankyou.
Thankyou.
