A/I short haul July for family?

Hi, I would like to go away for 1 week (poss upto 10 days) A/I for 2 adults and 2 kids (8&3) the must haves are on or close to gold sandy beach with clear sea, good for kids, not Tunisia, Morocco or mainland Spain, ideally flighing from Midlands area as we are located in Leicester, cannot depart until 12 July and must be back by 29 July. Budget £2k (could go a little more if needed)
