just called Aviva to amend my home and car insurance because I am moving. Despite their annoying voice recognition technology, the person I spoke to was wonderful. Incredibly friendly, polite and very helpful. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.
