Hi , Im sorry if this has been posted before but im new! Basically to cut a long story, i took a credit card out about 7 years ago, use it occasionally, pay it off-claimed for the insurance and they have come back with a first offer of 340.00 i dont really know how much to expect so should i take it gracefully or forward it to the ombudsman and maybe get a little more? thanks in advance for any replies

How much PPI were you actually charged if, as you say, you only use the card occassionally and pay it off?
