Easy jet flight change cost me £35

Booked a flight for nephew, i put wrong dates in, so not moaning about the cost, its my fault. What i would like to know is has anyone had any luck getting a refund of the cost, say as a gesture of goodwill.

Would it be best to phone or e-mail asking.

Cheers in advance
if i had known then what i know now

I wouldn't have thought so, Easyjet customer service isn't the best even when they're in the wrong. If you wanted to follow it up its probably best writing in to them as I've had some success from them before that way (re: a late flight).

I doubt you would be lucky enough to get a refund - Lets us know if you do though...

Or you could just check/double check/triple check your booking. Why is it an airline's responsibility to correct your mistakes?
