Rail Delay Site?

Just wondering whether anyone knows of sites which logs and provides details of rail delays?

Usually for delays over 30 mins passengers can claim a partial refund yet if you don't claim on the day or soon afterwards it isn't always possible to remember which specific train you caught and the precise length of the delay.

Thanks :)

How difficult is to to make a note at the time of what train you were on and how late you are arriving? Seems to me it would be a lot less effort than looking it up on a website (if one exists).
  • Probably the best place to ask would be those with access to trust over on www.railforums.co.uk you wil haev to register bu thtey would be able to help you.

The only problem I have with your request is that if you dont remember what train you were on how do you kno wif you were delayed long enough to make a claim.

Im not saying you are like this, but it seems a very spurious thing to be requesting without knowing your exact journey

Not for me, it's for someone who asked and I was surprised a system didn't already exist. I assume if a claim is submitted to a train company with inaccurate details it will be declined so it would be helpful to be able to confirm before submission.
