Hi All,

I am having a hard time getting my details through from Egg keep getting told i need to contact Arrow who it was sold to.

I took a loan out for £7000 and then due to problems i was unable to pay so i had to go in to IVA I was given a figure of £12610 to pay to them even though i would have made about 10 payments, all egg will tell me is that it did have ppi on and have this in an email, but wont say how much it was for even though they said they

I'm only able to see details of any PPI paid on your Egg Loan. The Egg Loan had Accident, Sickness, Unemployment and Life cover with a deferment period of 30 days. As previously confirmed, we have no access to any other Egg Loan details as these were transferred to Arrow. There contact number is 01772 833511. Hi Pooch,

I have been in touch with arrow and they said

that on all occasions of PPI queries, they have to refer the customer to the originator who sold the insurance to them

so i am getting shipped from one place to another.
