Ignore it
its just an invoice
Also ignore all the follow up letters that include those from fake solicitors etcHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Are your work happy to simply pass the letters on to you? There may be some misrepresentation in the letters that may claim that your work company are liable for the charge (they most definitely aren't though). Will work be OK with ignoring everything and passing it on to you?Je Suis Cecil.0

Just had it out with work told them to ignore or pass on my details told them I'd sign to say it was my decision to ignore it0

OK, you should be fine then. Just ignore all the letters.
The sticky one in this situation is that sometimes the employer pays up and docks the employees wages, thinking its a real ticket, but you seem to have this covered.
You will receive a series of threatening letters about court action, CCJs, bad credit rating, bailiffs, kidnapping your cat, and so on. Its all absolute bluff, and merely designed to scare you. Legally you owe them diddly squat.
Eventually they will give up and go away.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Thanx manx red feel reassured now they'll get nothing off me0

Assessing the 'damages' at say £60 is itself a double irony in the case of Doncaster. If you dropped an atomic bomb on Doncaster and wiped it out entirely it still wouldnt have done £60 worth of damage.**** I hereby relieve MSE of all legal responsibility for my post and assume personal responsible for all posts. If any Parking Pirates have a problem with my post then contact me for my solicitors address.*****0

It would actually have caused £60 worth of improvements.Je Suis Cecil.0
