BA Changed Flight to Cape Town Dec - what are my rights?

In March booked family holiday to South Africa using Avios (airmiles) and cash travelling Dec 2012 for myself, hubby and 5 year old -fly out overnight to return Dec 26 daytime flight.
Got email from BA saying daytime return flight cancelled so now on return night flight arriving the next day Dec 27 - 14 hours later!!
Anyone know what my rights are due to this change? May look at other airline if I can get it for same as BA....but using airmiles did save £700...compared to Virgin.
Thanks, Weebie

There is no compensation as they are giving you plenty notice but they should give you the option to cancel for full refund0

Is the prospect of another 14 hours in South Africa really that daunting to you!0
