paid money to bogus finance management co.

OK it seams like I've been paying £250pm to a bogus financial management company (Platinum Management). I'm unable to contact them by any means, leading me to believe they've done a runner. My question now is how do I explain this to my credit card companies who I believed were in discussions with this firm to freeze…

If everything was open and honest you would have no problem getting in contact. Stick with the charities. Do not give this company any more money! Your right to smell a rat!
