Carry on with losses accruing that fast it won't matter if they lose their license. Seems the forums are taking their toll.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
Perhaps they should be given a discredit license ?0

It could take a while yet. Some cases don't seem to get settled for up to two years. The fact that things have gone on this long suggests that there were either a number of serious problems (plural) or there is a particularly intractable problem (singular). The OFT do look to work with companies that they identify as having a problem. A read of a fairly broad selection of other case reports suggests that sometimes it takes only a few months but the impression gained is that it is the ones that drag on that more often result in the licences being revoked eventually.
Then of course, there is the appeals tribunal and all of this could be going on at the moment and until it is at an end we will not know the final disposition of the case.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
