Low Postage Dashboard Ratings.....

I've had 2 x low postage ratings in 1 day.

Is it wrong of me to charge for P+P? I charged £2.40 for an item that cost £2.20 to post and I thought asking for 20p for an envelope was not ripping someone off.

What do you guys do? How much do you charge if anything at all? Can I dispute it at all or do I take it on the chin?

I wouldn't worry. I charge 21p UNDER what RM charge and I still get 3's and 4's for postage charges. You just can't win, unless you choose to have free postage.
