cousin has bought new property and one of her bedroom wall you can see the plasterboard join. she has the wall panted white, is there another colour that wuld disguise the problem. Too late to go back to builders

Why is it too late to snag it with the builders? If it's a new house they should rectify any problems.

Painting of any colour will highlight any defects in a wall, it needs to be filled and flush before painting.
