Hi Guys,
my Sister just sold an item on Ebay for £300 to someone in Canada.....but doesn't want to send the item via R.Mail.
Just found Gwizz Couriers,..... they seem to be the cheapest.
Has anyone used them?

Yes, I used to use Interparcel, but now use Gwizz because they have much cheaper compensation cover (£3.95 for £1000 cover - Interparcel charge £20!)

The courier service provided by UPS is usually excellent.

I've just signed up with Gwizz but having a few problems with stuff you have to print off.
The address label we've printed off is a full A4 size (which is just about OK for the smallish package we're sending). Is that standard size???
We've tried to make it smaller, but then certain info gets missed.

Also, where [and how] do we attach the 4 Commercial invoices? As i've read somewhere that it HAS to be attached to the front of the pkg and not the side. (For Canada also)
Sorry if this sounds silly. :o

Read their terms and conditions, also note where undelivered parcels end up...

"Where a delivery fails on 2 or more occasions due to the customer not being present at the delivery address, consignments will be returned to our offices in Newcastle upon Tyne. G WIZZ Courier Services Ltd is required to pay its courier partners’ carriage forwarding rates for items to be returned to its offices. We therefore regret that such charges will be passed on to the customer who placed the order. Parcels will be held at our offices until payment has been received in full by G WIZZ Courier Services Ltd.

We do reserve the legal right to hold consignments without notice until such payment is received from the customer who placed the order. We shall not be liable for the legal consequences of delay to such consignments being delivered or recovered as a consequence of holding the parcels, goods or consignments on this basis.

After payment has been received by G WIZZ Courier Services Ltd, we will give the customer the option of either personally collecting the parcel from our offices during our opening hours, or to place another order to have the consignment delivered to the customer’s specified delivery address. Where a customer elects to collect parcels from our offices, the customer must bring with them a current driving licence or up to date passport together with one utility bill which is less than 3 months old as proof of identification."

Yes, we printed off the address label in full A4 size and attached the 4 commercial invoices to the side of the parcel (we just put them in a folded clear plastic divider).
The Courier came to collect it [on time] and said all was good! :)

Many ways of printing the label at a sensible size . I find the easiest is to tell my printer it has A5 paper instead of A4 then it prints the label half size on an A4 sheet.
