hsbc claim timescale???

hi all
applied for hsbc ppi claim on 2nd june, and on 19th a payment was made on the remainder of the loan (to close the account) this wasnt made by me but i'm assuming hsbc themslves
not had any letters or funds in bank since and cant get through on the phone number, does anyone know how long it takes for the money to come through
