Graham White and Motability Car

Hi

My dad has a motability car and a few months ago we parked in a car park for a few hours with so signs and came back to find a parking ticket. After researching we realised it wasn't legit and to ignore it. We are now getting letters from Graham White. The problem is dad is due a new car in a few months and is worried unless we pay this off they will contact Motability and possibly cause problems with getting the new car.

Just looking for advice thanks :)

Ignore it, Graham White is the name of a real solicitor whom is in his mid-80s which some debt collectors use to try and add weight to their scam letters.

The good news is that if your getting letters with the Graham White headed paper you are near the end of the chain.
  • Stop worrying these numpties can't do anything.

The good thing about Mobility leasing is the car is registered to the keeper at the keepers address but Mobility hold the V5c, So any official stuff comes to you, and fortunately so does the crap from PPC's so you can ignore them without worrying about the lease company.
