I would not view the property as there is no floorplan and no picture of the second bedroom.

Also the 'living room' looks awkward, again a floorplan may help here as someone can consider what they would do.

I cannot comment on price as I don't know the area.

imo the pics looks ok, though again floorplan would be helpful. However, this looks very much like a first time buyers house with not much room to grow with a family etc past first baby stage - this could be putting people off, those who can afford may be looking at bigger properties which have more space but need more work, and quite possibly others who might like to buy simply cannot get the mortgage for the price you are asking. What's the first time buyer market like in the are atm?

Seems like you have a few choices, sit it out and hope you get a buyer at the price you are asking, lower the price for a quicker sale, take it off the market and can the idea of moving until when / if markets pick up again.

Thanks for all your advice - I shall definitely get those things sorted and hopefully with the price moving, things might get moving!
