Halifax £100 how long to go into account..?

Just wondering when I can expect my £100 from switching to Halifax?
I'm at the stage now where all my DD's are about to get transferred over.

Cheers

As i recall it was the month after the second monthly deposit of £1000.. Wether that means 30days after the second monthly desposit or calendar month, not sure.

    Condition 5:

"5. The £100 switching payment will be paid into the new current account by the end of the month following the month in which customers make their second payment of £1,000 into their account. This second payment must be received before 30th September 2007."

I went into my branch after 5 weeks of waiting and when they looked into it, it turned out they hadn't even bothered to start the process yet.
Even though my account was open, I had paid 2 months of £1000, had the debit card and cheques (and was using it)... they still had mine in a big pile of 'Needs to provide ID'.
They moved it for me to the other pile (and I apparently jumped the queue), so hopefully things will start off now (but I have to wait another 4 weeks before contacting them again). Very annoying.

Sounds like they have been overwelmed - wouldn't be the first!
