Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary.
2. This free prize is open to residenst aged 18 or over of UK only. Employees of Brioche Pasquier and any of their subsidaries are not eligible for the draw. Only one entry per household and one entry per stamped envelope.
4. Enter your name, address and date of birth on a plain piece of paper To w.n a football trip: commence 26/2/07 closing date for entries is midnight 27/4/07. To win one of the 500 footballs: commence 26/2/07. Closing date for entries is midnight 25/05/07.
5. Prize Fund consists of:- 3 family trips to Paris to see the French Cup Final at Paris' stadium consisting of four return econmy tickets from Luton airport to Paris. Transfer to and from Paris selected hotel. 1 night bed and breakfast at the Hotel Ibis for 4 people (on a share room basis). 4 tickets for the French Cup Final (worth 400 Euros) which is due to take place on 12/05/07. All other costs and expenses will the be the winner's and guest responsibility. Winner and guests must be available to travel between 12/05/07 and 13/05/07. - Or one 500 footballs (size 5).
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserve the right to provide and alternative prize of an equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. At least one of the persons travelling must be aged 18 years or over by the date of travel. All person under the age of 18 years will be sent a letter of consent to be signed by the parent or guardian and returned to the promoter to confirm the parent's or guardian's agreement for the winner and guests to partcipate. Proof of age (eg photocopy of passport) is required
for those over 18 years and over.
8. The prize draw will be independently supervised and will take place on 30/04/07 for the 3 football trips to Paris and on 30/05/07 for the 500 footballs.
9. All prize trip to Paris winners will be notified by post by 03/05/07. All other prizes will be notified by post by 04/06/07.
10. The prize winners' names and county of resident will be made available by sending a SAE marked "Results" to the entry address after 10/05/07 and before 12/06/06(?).
11. Winners will be required to take part n publicity activity.
12. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Illegible ot incomplete entries will not be accepted.
13. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided.
