cost to change?
We currently have a 2003 xsara Picasso that has started having some minor issues so as we like the car we are looking to replace with a 2007 model.that's up at 4000 so what sort of cost to change am I looking at? Current one has some scratches caused by people who can't park and needs a new petrol flap

Depends how much profit they have in it at £4000.
If they paid less than £3000 you may get near £1000 for yours, But it
depends what issues it has. They may only offer you £300 for yours.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

As you said, these sound like fairly minor issues, that may well not cost much to get fixed? If you want a new car for aesthetic reasons go for it, but financially if your existing car drives well I'd be inclined to hang onto your current one. You could spend £4k on a 2007 car and then find it has more serious problems than your current car.0
