Amazon/Hermes (Non) Delivery Woes!

Just walked in the door to find a barely legible scribbled Hermes 'you Were out' card waiting for me - message states the 'package left outside flat front door'

Now I've double checked & asked my neighbour but no parcel

Am fuming to be honest, the parcel was sent by an Amazon seller and contained new trainers so would have been fairly bulky and noticeable.

Where do I stand? Clearly I can approach Amazon after the delivery estimate has elapsed and claim as a loss? Seems that they need to know sooner with how the couriers are treating customers goods?

Anyone have any advice? :o

  • Have you tried all of you neighbours, if you have then ring Amazon CS on 020 7084 7911, normally Hermes are very good, so you probably have a (rare) careless courier on your round.
